Founder’s Info:
Micah Ritter is the CEO and founder of Ritter English, the job placement branch of Ritter Consulting. He has a BS in Business Management and Asian Studies from Towson University. He first began working in the English education industry in 2005 in Nagoya, Japan. From 2007 he continued his work as an adult and childhood educator in Tokyo at multiple private education companies. He moved into business and professional education at Berlitz in 2009. There he coached professionals in multinational industries such as banking, automotive, beverage, import-export and more. After this he started his own business and professional English education company – EBIC Japan in 2011. He transitioned to Taiwan in 2014 and has continued to refine his professional education abilities while familiarizing himself with the Taiwanese market.
Anne Su is a 20-year veteran of English education, and owner of her own cram school. She spent years as an English teacher building experience and connections within the English education industry. She then started her own school, which has grown steadily since 2001. As a highly qualified professional, she has experience in school and classroom management. She has hired teachers, recruited students, conducted scheduling and logistics for multiple employees, and carried out finance tracking responsibilities. On the classroom side, she has organized curriculums, arranged classes, and provided instruction for all ages.
